Lime/Cigarette Springs Canyons - Utah, USA
We spent Thanksgiving, 1991 hiking in the vast Utah Canyonland outback. Quite a trip - weather was cool and mostly dry on the way out there, but we got 6" on snow on the second night, and Dave nearly got lost searching for a Canyon head, spending two hours wandering around Cedar Mesa. Needless to say, we were more or less alone out there - but it really was a fun trip and we keep taking about returning again some Thanksgiving. Maybe, this year....?
